I've never actually filmed a video on my channel about my weightloss journey. What finally worked for me was calorie counting and exercising 5 days a week, mostly going on 2 mile walks/jogs on the treadmill or outdoors. I also started doing Lily Sabri workouts here on CZcams at least 2 days a week- her videos made a MAJOR difference! Hope that helps
