- The freezer broke down, so I made spaghetti with a lot of scallops that were on the verge of melting in a hurry.
When cutting scallops into small pieces, do not cut them with a knife, but tear them by hand!

Is the scallops cooked beforehand? I thought youbare going to sear the scallop in oil first before adding the tomato sauce.
This scallop is for sashimi, so there is no need for that!
