Power supply that I use is a meanwell LRS-350 30A 12v has a 3 year warranty cost about $35.00, 150mv ripple, excellent quality. For more power I use an RV converter inteli- power 60a . these are all switchmode ps and can be adjusted , just add some battery clips, I got some 10gauge silicone wire that the RC guys use for the cable-nice and flexible.
I use that power supply but I added a voltage meter with a shunt to read up to 100 amp of current as well. I love seeing the current draw as well as voltage to get a good idea of the state of the batteries charge.

This device not good enuff for BMW vehicle and the ISTAD software, it failed to delete fault code via Terminal change KL15 off) not detected through this Snapon J2534 pasthru pro4. It also failed ISTA icom interface connection sequence.

Also, I was watching your bit about the different J2534 devices and you listed AutoEnginuity as an other device. I spoke with them a few weeks ago and their current device is a cardaq unit as depicted in the current picture on their website. Just an FYI.
Do you have any opinions on a cheap j2534 adapter like $125 I seen one for that much and all I need it for is it for Fords fjds tool to reprogram my 2000 ford ranger

I have to clone an ecu on a 2008 Audi A4 Quattro 3.2 I was looking at the J2534 willl that do it and do I need any programs or a computer to do it

What scan tool/j2345 do you recommend for programming modules/ecm/keys for Acura/Audi? For best bang for your buck?
im608 comes with both as a combo best deal, but when ur getting into diag or keys ur all in and still might have to buy more devices as i ordered my second key programmer to save me when the autel cant do it , which is rare but some vehicles has happend to me .... plus technology sucks and keeps changing so buy the latest tool if possible so u dont got to upgrade right away

@@CBRRR-eh3ky Idk how you can get much better than a CarDAQ. The CarDAQ Plus 3's are awesome! You can go with a CarDAQ-M as well to add on any Pass Thru attachments for future proofing.
