June Garden Tour 2024 Everything is filling in so nicely 😱

Hi, my name is Lakeisha of PoweFolk Living. My husband and I, along with our children, set out to raise more and more of our food each year. We live on a small homestead. We raise hens and meat birds, do lots of gardening, and most recently raised 2 pigs, which have now been butchered. We're not sure where this journey will take us, but we welcome you to join us! Beautiful Space! It was great meeting you in Lowe's yesterday! Love your veggie garden! I went out this morning before the rain and found all of my baby veggies GONE! No Brussels! No Dino Kale! No parsley! My fellow inhabitants left the tomatoes, Okra, summer squash, green onions, arugula, leeks, and of course they didn't go after the root veggies-ginger, kohlrabi and they didn't go after the red malibar spinach or the herbs. I plan to secure the area and hope the roots are strong enough to put out new growth.
