According to All Data it's on the passenger side window, at the very bottom on the flat side ....I have made a CZcams short on something like that it's very similar
It looks about the same ,it actually looks easier cause the 2.7 dont have the high pressure fuel pump(in the way) but it's has about 75% of the same design

Great video. Is there anything specific you had to do to the fuel pump to get it off?
No just the fuel disconnect and the 2 bolts never had a issue with the fuel pump
Do you have a recommendation on how to find the value cover and the gaskets?
I recommend oem ,I've tried the parts store and they don't fit right and wasted a whole day going back and forth with 3 different stores

Diff engine size but basically similar for about any valve cover
