Cheechoo had 1 monster year, Nolan and Doug Wilson didn't play very long with the Sharks and none of them put up numbers like 12, 19, 8, 88 and 20

Nolan played 8 years for the Sharks and was the best player on those teams. Definitely should have number retired.

@@jeffjensen1778 7 1/2 and being the best player on a team that never won a divison title and never got passed the 2nd round isn't saying much. I love Nolan, but the rose colored glasses we have for him is funny. Retired numbers should be elite players, not good players/fan favorites
