Hey Phill. I just saw your video on the "How to aquire an ATF liscence". I am interested in obtaining one of these liscence but I have a LOT of questions. Long story short, I'm just an average 1.4g firework consumer that just wants to up their game to 1.3g territory. Does one have to be 21 or older to get a liscence? Can you store the fireworks in your own property? If so, do you need a shed of some sort? Can I shoot them off where ever I want to? I live in Arizona and this state doesn't allow any kind of Ariel fireworks. (I go to Nevada's red apple firework store, buy them there and drive back to my house). Will the liscence allow me to purchase all 1.3g products in my states? I hear you must keep track of every purchase you make and when you light stuff off. Is this true? Can you transport your goods to different locations (other states) even when you keep of track of where and when they are being transported? Will I be able to buy stuff and keep it for myself as long as I want instead of shooting it off the day I make my purchase. Finally, if the police gets involved, can you get let go since you have a liscence? Sorry for so many questions, I'm new to this!
ok....here is what I have learned thru my experience. I'm not sure about the age....21 for sure, but not sure if 18 will get it as 18 is legal adult. most likely 21 since a lot of states recognize 18 as adult, you can enlist and die for your country, but you can't buy a beer unless your 21. I will do another video answering all your questions as trying to do it in a reply can be lengthy. This is a lot of fun for sure!
