Plugging lead holes in old key sticks - KEY WEIGH OFF

When shooting for an ideal touch weight (how easy or hard it is for the player to press the keys) parts replacement may be necessary and/or the capstan may need to be moved to achieve a better action ratio.
Regardless, the leads in the keys will need to be weighed off. Old leads need to be removed, holes plugged, and the keys re-weighed.
This is a quick video showing how we plugged the original key lead holes with wooden plugs and are now cutting them flush to the original keystick in preparation to install a new and improved leading pattern.
(Lead in this case is the chemical element with the symbol Pb, not the act of "leading a group" or being the "lead-er". :).
