I just received a similar email regarding our attempts to promote @ResumeBlaze. They informed us that the Publisher program is currently closed, and they are not verifying any publishers or brands at this time.

Thanks for this awesome interview, I've never even heard about Flipboard before! Sounds like a cool thing to play with. One question for Mike: If you have several websites in different niches, do you create a Flipboard profile for each or do you use the same profile and just flip to different boards/magazines?
Where do I go to apply to be a publisher? I can not find it.

I’m not an SEO, our Flipboard management program just goes to pay the employees salary that manages our sites profiles. We make no money on it.
I shared Flipboard with everyone bc I love it and if I had any self serving interest it was to build a bigger community so we could all get more traffic.

Idk, as much as I love the potential for Flipboard, they're one of the losers of HCU/Core update. They lost 90%+ of their traffic.

I have been telling bloggers about Flipboard for a year plus now, the reality is most people will get excited about this and give up before 30 days is up bc they won’t see instant results.
There’s nothing wrong with Flipboard, I have come to learn from talking to so many site owners, that most people love big ideas but when things become a grind they fall out of love with the work.
I tried to find Michael Dinich or wealthy geeks on flipboard but couldn't find him/it. Anyone have a link to his content on flipboard? Seems like it should have been in the description of the video!
Great video! Very helpful! I was ALL IN until cloning and "canonical link back to the original and share the clone to Flipboard." I'm lost! I've cloned many posts in the past so I'm familiar with that. But in order to share a cloned post, don't you have to publish it for the link? Could you provide some more info on that? Thank you!
Yes you publish it but in yoast you can enter the canonical link. It lets google know that the other post is the original one.
So it’s kinda like a feedly with customized feed and articles. Looks like to be accepted into the creator program you need to meet minimum traffic requirements and be granted approval

I am having a hard time figuring out how to use cloned versions of posts regarding the canonical link and linking it back to the original once the flip/post ran its course"" i asume it means Clone the post and then set up a canonical tag to the original but what do i need to link back to its original after the post/flip ran its course and i deleted the clone from my wordpress? The canonical tag i would have set up in the clone would dissapear with deleting the clone so the site would go back to it's state before i cloned the post Is it the post/the flip on flipboard that needs to be adjusted now perhaps? Change the url the flip points to perhaps?
Here’s what I do
I clone the post and canonical link back to the original. I then share the cloned post on Flipboard.
Once the post on Flipboard has run it’s course, I delete the cloned and then redirect the cloned post’s url to the the canonical.
That way if anyone clicks the link they don’t get a 404.
Sometimes I don’t even do the redirect, the life span of a flip is pretty short lived. That’s where Flipboard is more like X than Pinterest.

@@MichaelDinich-mr4km Flipboard shows my original post title, date, and images that I canonical linked to. It still looks "old", even though I cloned it, changed the title, images, and updated some of the post! So frustrating! Not sure how to fix it.
Very interesting, but not being ever green is a big issue for my type of content. For now I'll stick with Pinterest.

Public speaking is hard for me and I was very nervous, so that’s a bit of a nervous “tick” and the more I focus on avoiding it the worse it gets. However I get that it’s annoying, I’ll try working on it more.
