    Pro tip- I have operated both and concur with you assessments. Turn the throttle down to 75% or so on the 97 until you get a good feel for it. This will take some of the jerkyness out and give you better control. It's better to go slow and smooth than fast and reckless. Good job!

    I’ve got both, I want to say the 97 is my favorite, I really love it, but have to admit that most of the time o just grab the 75-2. Aroubd my property it. Feels more nimble, and doesn’t tear up the ground or gravel half as much as the 97 does. However I absolutely love the power of the 97, and will never sell it. Reality says all I need is the 75, however if I had to sell one, I’m keeping the 97 and selling the 75. Next up, a complete delete package for the 97

    Ur right. We have a 75 and a 95. The 75 is so smooth. Best loader I’ve ever operated. And the 95 is a pure workhorse. Great at digging and moving material

    Great video! Thanks for sharing. The 97 is the BEST for me, love the extra size and reach. 75 is more 'tippy' when the bucket is high.

    Helpful review. I am impressed with the 75-3 redesign and i hear it is coming in 24 for 97. Being my first machine after bring away from flatwork and pool construction for years, i plan to start with 75-3, get a year or two under the belt and consider trading up if what I am pursuing requires more horsepower and bucket capacity. By then the 97 will have improvements and a big brother.

      97 has only been around for 2 years , you will see wheeled machines in -3 series first . Be a while on the 97. Also in development is a smaller track loader, like size of bobcat t140. Also has suspension undercarriage

    I'm in the market.... glad I ran across your video. Considering the 95 as well , since power is there and the improvements to the 97 over the 95 are evolutionary and NOT revolutionary based on what I've seen.

    The 75-3 relocated the fuel tank for ballast so it can handle a little heavier load. Hard to find right now. Check one of those out when they become more available.

      So I’m in the mist of buying a skid dealership want 83k for 75-3 but they have the 97-2 for only 92k what do you think. I mainly want it for junk removal, rent it out , pond fill , bruh hog , spread dirt . Will I be fine with the 75-3 ??

    You have to use foot throttle for regular jobs
    Hand throttle only for attachments
    If you dont work it like this you gonna damage the engine and hydaulic pump and drives. If you work it this way, as the time goes you gonna start to understand the machine better.

    • @MartinezHQ
      @MartinezHQ  Před 7 měsíci +1

      I have to disagree. Full Throttle to prevent clogging the exhuast filters and foot pedal only for attachments.

    • @MartinezHQ
      @MartinezHQ  Před 7 měsíci +1

      The machine also operates a lot smoother on full throttle.

    • @davisexcavating7144
      @davisexcavating7144 Před 6 měsíci +1

      Sorry that is just not true. These machines are made to run full throttle. The foot pedal is great for fuel saving and only needing the speed and power when bucket functions/heavy loads are needed

    95 runs on 1/3 of revs rhan 75.
    95 cheaper on fuel as lot less revs. Turning circle is horrible.
    75/2 off it head with noise.
    95 noise is much lower.

      @MartinezHQ  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Thanks for watching. Yes, happier everyday. Now that I can operate it smoother and quicker it’s a joy getting bigger jobs done in a timely manner. It’s really clear now that the 75 would’ve been a bad choice for me.

    • @MartinezHQ
      @MartinezHQ  Před rokem +2

      I rented a TL10 before I purchased my machine. I really wanted to go with the Takeuchi but the electric over hydro controls did not feel natural and I really did not like the seating/hand position of the controls. Those are my minor complaints. But real talk, the Takeuchi may be a better machine from all the research I’ve done.

    Any advice?

    • @MartinezHQ
      @MartinezHQ  Před 9 měsíci

      That’s a tough one.
      I would try really hard to rent one or see if rental company will let you try each around in their yard a bit. Just to get a general feel.
      Personally I would lean a little more towards the TL8.
