    Awesome episode as always. Do you know how people cook up the blue throat wrasse? Seems like an under utilised species if they are getting live exported and we typically just use em for bait 😅

      We bake them in the oven whole. I use a lemon & lime marinade, whith a dash of sweet chilli. 👌

    Why not use wire trace if you keep getting bitten off

    • @leeraynerfishing
      @leeraynerfishing  Před měsícem

      ive always had trouble getting the bites on them when you add wire to the rig, this weeks episode however sees a new rig that incorporates a bit of wire

      @@leeraynerfishing i had lots of leaders bitten or lost due to abrasion. Couple month ago i said enough is enough. Got 50lb braid , 1 meter leader from 60lb stainless wire trace and size 8 hook. So far Hooked big gummy in PPB and lots of banjos, port jacksons without any wear and tear. Once its hooked it cant go anywhere. Waiting for something toothy to test

      People who bury their Ute in the salt don’t care because they flip their cars every few years and it becomes someone else problem. Selfish

      its not something i wanted to do or would normally do, that boat however is heavy and with the dual axle its pretty bloody hard to push in sand
      getting it out i used the drop down jockey wheel and then i spent about 15 dollars at the car wash cleaning the underside
