Beth maybe you could do classes on line? Like a series of your tips and tricks for entertaining. A fee would be reasonable. You would probably have a “wait list” because so many people would sign up.

Hi Beth, thank you for this wonderful menu. I would like to share that I used lions mane mushrooms instead of the crimini and deglazed the pan with a little white wine... I also used less mozzarella and some Parmesan to lean out the bake and make it a little bit crispier. It came out beautiful. Thanks for Thé inspiration!

What a beautiful platter of hummus and veg! Hope I can find watermelon radishes, I want my platter to look EXACTLY like yours!! I am definitely making the Spinach Artichoke Chicken dish as well.
