Timing is everything when mounting a title challenge. You see it with Arsenal this season, everything has to click. The last few seasons have taken its toll on the players and I think it will take at least a season to get things moving again. Unfortunately this will be at the cost of some of the older players as they don't have a season or two to spare in their careers. This is where the new signings need to make an impact in replacing the older players.
Liverpool is not my club but they will find themselves again…after the next two transfer windows.
