I just got promotion and I am now senior software engineer with 5.5 years experience. I was already in 30% tax bracket income 2 years ago. I never understood DSA. Furthermore, I was asked DSA only in campus cognizant interview. And freshers don't get 15-18 LPA job usually. Go for 3-3.5 LPA switch after 1-2 years and after few switches you will get there. Again, for students from colleges which are not IIT, BITS, etc., DSA is useless. No one asks about it, nor it is useful in your job.

The topic was ki how to get a job in 2024 but the content was majorily focused on college life like 1st to 4th year what one shoulld do. May be it is valuable for many but for me and for those who is going to apply for jobs this year it was time waste. Sorry for the negative feedback but thats truth. Please choose title wisely not for views.
Maybe the problem is you’re looking for a spoon fed answer….if you have a productive college life, focus on the right things as talked about in the video…you’ll not need to look for “how to get a job” videos in your fourth year
Then your topic should be how to have a productive college life why it is how to get a job.

0:20 i have proven expertise in web development (Spring boot , Angular ) faith fully i gave my 2 years to learn and got the Job where i worked 2 years and as a developer i built my respect in seniors also , but what i resigned due to some issues with me !! , and now from 5 Month Not getting any !! Call !! , i am so depressed now !! , i means people are ffaking resume and interview and getting Job , but i do not like !! this , Yes now i have consider myself okey if need to pay will one or two month salary , but need job man !! idk what HR's Manager are seeing in a employee really when dump unethical launde land on Job , bhai meri halaath kharab hojaati , where i am mistaking why i am not getting Job but this fake person ,

See DSA is not “required”
It is suggested to practice because majority of companies filter out candidates in the initial rounds on the basis of problem solving.
Having said that if you have good development skills and have a good portfolio…no one is gonna ask if you know DSA

You shouldn't prefer python for dsa. I have done this and was regretting it.

Companies should stop DSA based interviews, instead go for take-home assignment and interview should be like - Why did you use inheritance here, what were other options? How can you improve the efficiency of your code? Check the cleanliness of the code etc.

Crores of students and working professionals are wasting their time in learning & practising DSA just to get through interviews. We don't invest time in finding an alternative to the DSA based filtration process.
