In the previous vlog, I had come to Mumbai from Bengaluru (Bangalore) in VRL Travels Volvo B9R I-Shift AC Sleeper and I got down at the parking. There I saw two Scania buses from Chirag Travels abandoned and when I went inside dogs were living in it!
The interiors look like the bus met with a fire accident but I'm not sure what exactly happened. You can still see broken TV and wirings inside the bus.

There is no problem in keeping this bus in the parking lot, there is no problem of spare parts, it is registered where the police has blacklisted it due to some legal reason, due to which today Chirag Travels has a bus. It is not on the road but it has the maximum number of Scania bus Chirag travels at a time.

This bus was stopped to my restaurant 2 years ago for lunch bus came from nagpur. and now his crew was working nagpur to pune in saini travels 😊♥️

So sad to see this bus in this condition . This was one of the most beautiful scania in Indian roads . Scania company should come back to bus production in India. Due to COVID 19, this bus was parked like this . At that time the scania company officially announced that they have stopped bus production in India . Due to the hot climate and due to the small animals like rats cut the wiring of the busses . Most of the scania busses are abandoned like this .
Hopefully Scania decides to restart its operation in India seeing the market potential.

Bus was abandoned because of closure of scania in India, reason being no spare parts. Although I do not condone this action because many operators are operating scania with adequate parts, mechanics or coach rebuilders like nandi coach available in the market. Sad to see this beast which ran a legendary service now in this condition 😥

And in the bus industry as a whole Scania is f***ed in the Indian Market by AshLey and Volvo.
scania should come back, volvo is now dominating and giving just 8 litre engine for 15 mtr bus... we can feel engine struggles as compared to b11r. Hope to see scania or merc to comeback else volvo will just rule and manipulate market

@@aniket1088 vehicle was hypoticated to volkwagen finance..many operator had got vehicles on 10% down payment.. and scania production got closed in 2018..availability of spare parts in maharashtra is rare..none ofprivate operators are using scania..rarely msrtc is using only..
