Do you have Charger ScatPack videos
This sway bar can be installed in a 2019 Chrysler 300 touring???
Excellent "How To" video. After watching, I feel like I could do this basic upgrade myself. Gonna file this one away, on my favorites list. I'm now a new subscriber. Thank You!
Thank you for watching! We appreciate all of the love! -Zach
Thanks for the video. I see that you DIDN'T install a WASHER on the INSIDE part of the sway bar link. Do these not take washers? I bought some new sway bar links and there are four washers/TOP and BOTTOM for both sides. I am considering these sway bars and wondering why no washers are installed in the inner part of the links. Thanks.
How do I say this?!... EXCELLENT EXCELLENT video!!! Very well done and PERFECT!!! Thank you, and I SUBSCRIBED!!!!!!!! : )
Thank you!! We appreciate the love! -Zach
@@AmericanMuscleDodgeYou're very welcome and I look forward to seeing all the videos I can from you guys and learn more about my Challenger and the other models as well!!! : )
Does eibach not have a kit for the SRT8 392? I have a 2013 392 FYI
Great video! Question for you. With dropping the sub frame to get the rear sway bar out and back in is there anything special you need to do when reassembling to align the sub frame again? Or do the bolts and a proper wheel alignment cover it all?
telly420666 In the video where they installed the lowering springs I believe he said as soon as you drop the sub frame you will need to get it aligned again.
@@jakedragsknee Thanks Jake! I too was wondering about that. I was wondering what might get 'moved' to require an alignment. As much as you have to take apart, it seems like a good time to take out a second mortgage on the house and get roll bars, shocks, springs, polyurethane bushings, brake calipers, ceramic pads, drilled/slotted rotors, new exhaust and clean and repaint the area under there. Then get one alignment done for everything.
Anyone know any skid pad numbers for what the sway bars get you? These are heavy cars so I'm not expecting a 1 G but would like to know how much you get for all that work...
Ya'll Take Care and be safe, John
how tight do you put the brackets for the rear sway bar do you torque them?
Is there anyway to do this without taking all that apart just to change the bushings? Or do you have to remove everything just to change the bushings also ?
How many mm over stock are they
can you install these with long tube headers?
Anyone actually purchased these and installed them? I have b
Heard that the larger sway bar can cause steering issues and traction issues.
I have a 2011 dodge charger se hit the gas or driving in rain the rear slide side to side bad will thia fix the issue or just help it ? Also would coil spring raised help this issue ?
I was planing of ordering on yall site the raised spring or the front and rear sway bar
Sounds like you're heavy on pedal and need better tires.
What tool was that you were using at 9:05 which operated like an automatic rachet?
lol. that's a 90 degree impact wrench.
Hello do you have a video of the installation of a rearnsway bar for a chevy cavalier 1998?
Why even bother on a junk 98 cavalier. 🤣
@@louiewatson9389 Dang that wasn't really nice. I'm thinking the sway bar kit would cost more than the rollback he'll need to get the Chevy to 'Pick a part'!😎😎😎
At this point you might aswell upgrade the exhaust with the sway bars lol
That’s not a stock exhaust because of the tips
Can you just do the front with out doing the rear
If you really wanted to! Doing just the front or the rear won't hurt anything. The handling will just be stiffer in the front and the rear won't match. -Zach
The rubber bushings on that car look like trash. Got a bit of some rust going on too.
Yes, I was thinking about how he needed to do a little cleaning and painting while he was under there...Ya'll Take Care and be safe, John
Great vid! But yeah uuuhhh anyone wanna buy my rear sway bar? I aint got time for that 😭💀
How much?
@@Chedr89 200
I'll do 150 cause I'm not sure I have the te for it either lol lmk
No way 6 hrs!!! 30 min on yukon xl truck lol
Great instructonal video, but im not a fan of the "ugga dugga" torque specs.
3 out of 3 wrenches on the difficulty scale? Seriously?
For having to drop the subframe I’m sure
Too much work for the rear
I know. Too much for a driveway job. A lift would help.
Can you do just the front bar? I mean, I know that you can physically install just one bar but would it 'throw off' the suspensions front to rear balance??? Thanks, John
@@JohnDoe-pv2iu It would be imbalanced to not have both front and rear bars, this is becuase you will have significantly more roll in the rear compare to the front. I would recommend doing both on the car or just stick with OEM.
I like the channel but why the h*** is it always Dodge Challenger
Because it started as JUST Dodge Challenger's here - and THEN we added Charger a year or so later! We're still working on getting more Charger content added so we appreciate you watching! You should check out our main AmericanMuscle.com channel for Mustang content too! -Zach
$500 for hollow metal poles :D
*Thicker than factory, heavy duty tubular steel bars with new urethane bushings and a million-mile warranty that will make your Challenger handle way better than factory and decrease body roll. 😁 -Zach
