Dr. Jordy Cox, 2010 Citizen Service Above Self Awardee

Dr. Jordy Cox was awarded the 2010 Citizen Service Above Self Award for selflessly volunteering and offering his medical skills to perform surgeries that have saved many lives in Haiti, the Congo, and the Ivory Coast.

Dr Cox replaced my heart valve in August 2023. I met him at my job and who knew years and years later i would have a heart attack and my heart valve failing more (I am overweight 😢 and 48) and he would be the one to save my life. He cares so much and is my hero.
