For anyone complaining about her “not doing more” needs to be quiet. She is cleaning hordes for free while they sit behind a screen and criticize her. She’s a blessing to many and using her social media income to do the clean ups is tremendously benevolent. A cleaner would charge 1000s to do what she does for free and she does it with a smile on her face. As a nurse, I provide care in patients homes and many homes I go in are horders-rich and poor and I don’t judge. Mental illness is rampant in the US and often goes undiagnosed.

Post clean up these people could read the fly lady book. It starts out by telling people to clean their sink, well in order to clean your sink you have to do your dishes or at least set them on the floor so that your sink is clean enough that you can do the dishes, once your dishes are done you can clean your countertop. This is stuff that’s just basic for most people, but for some people they need that level of instruction as part of how to function. To say these people are getting dressed and everything no they aren’t necessarily, they’re probably in their PJs at the gas station, they’re probably sleeping in their clothes, they’re probably so overwhelmed and hopeless they are ordering in and just leaving their trash next to them. There are people who need to be told that if you’re going to get up grab stuff to throw away and throw it away. I understand how confusing it would be to those who have never met someone like this but chances are you have and didn’t know or help them, this lady is helping them with the very first set, hope.

I suffer from anxiety and during the pandemic I found her IG account, I bought the scrub daddy and mommy sponges, started cleaning my house up and down, for those days, weeks, months what ever i wasnt medicated because my anxiety decrease. My husband was happy to see me happy and healthy. Our house looked great and Im so happy I saw her videos.
Please wear a mask love. Protect your lungs. My Mom was a housekeeper and she developed COPD. She used cleaning supplies and dealt with many filthy homes. Stay safe! Blessings to you always!

I've been watching her for a few years. I'm actually a professional cleaner myself and she's doing SO MUCH good work. The positive impact she's making cannot be understated.
I have been touched by Auri's kind heart and empathy she shows for the people living in these situations. I have also learned some new cleaning techniques! Sometimes people do take advantage of her kindness, but she doesn't let it get her down or become cynical. I want to know what the people criticizing her for not doing more have done for these folks in need.
Wait. Some people think she should be doing more? How hard is it to get trash bags and pick up the trash you threw on the floor? This woman is a saint for doing all of this.
In 2 days I'm off to my friend's apartment to help her out with cleaning for the third time. First 2 times were full weeks, now things are better and it should only take half a week. No one lives like this because they're too lazy. It's because something is so wrong that it is actually too hard for them to put trash into trash bags and throw it out. For my friend that was untreated chronic lyme disease (fatigue, constant pain), concussion symptoms (balance, brain fog), undiagnosed autism (executive function issues, demand avoidance, difficulty forming habits), depression, ptsd, etc. No one wants to live like this, it is a sign that things are seriously wrong. But yeah she's doing it for free, even if more needs to be done it is not her responsibility to arrange and pay for it. She's giving them a fresh start and it's on them to make the most of it and keep the momentum going.

I’ve been following her for about 2 years. She’s wonderful and her videos are nice to watch. You would’ve believe some of the filth she has cleaned. She does all of this for FREE and even supplies the “new” home with new things like bed linens, small carpets etc… out of pocket. So no one should be saying anything negative about this. ❤

Though I haven't been in as extreme of a situation as these people, I can really understand how she helps them with their mental health just by cleaning. I was severely depressed and all the things in my room kept piling up....I didn't have a floor for a long time. After I lost my job, my friend came over and helped me take out a lot of the trash. After 75% of it was done, she left the rest for me to finish sorting out, since I had to figure out what to keep and what to toss at that point. I'll never forget what she did, she saved me.

I can’t believe some people say her to do more!! I knew her work before she went to Florida and she always does her best work for free. If someone call a cleaner for this work, it costs $5,000-$10,000! She’s already done a great job!
I enjoy Auri Katarina’s channel because of what she does for people. She cleans these people’s home for FREE. A lot of times the people that she helps either suffer from depression, or are no longer mobile due to age or illness. There are also single parents who are working multiple jobs to keep their head above water, and they don’t have time to keep the house clean. Auri helps those people as well.

I think in the beginning of the report, they said that her father has had depression since 2020 over the Covid thing, and that this is his house. She moved in with him to help. Took awhile, but he finally said Auri could come help them.
Fun fact: the qualities commonly attributed to "laziness" (such as a slovenly environment, lack of energy, apathetic mood, etc) are usually symptoms of mental illness. It's really rare to find people who are truly lazy, "just because" without them also having serious issues. So yes- a lot of these people are dealing with mental illness or coping from traumatic events, health issues, disabilities, etc. Auri cleaned a house for one elderly man who couldn't even bend over or stand up for more than a minute at most.
Omg I love her sm I started watching her almost 2 years ago! After I had to put down my childhood dog I was so depressed and her videos got me back up and motivated to clean my house. I still put her videos on and clean my house with her to this day!
I was crying right along with that young lady at the end saying Auri had made her house a home, and that that's all she's wanted, is a home. 😢 This is so true of so many people and some of them have just gotten lost in the fray of their lives and circumstances not in their control. I love Auri's mission and channel! I often put on one of her videos when I'm washing dishes, cleaning the fridge, clearing clutter ...! Like her, i was a 'messy child,' i liked cleaning with my mom, but my room was often a disaster!! Starting with the 'trashes' (and recycling/ compost) as she does is a great beginning when the mess seems overwhelming! So grateful for the help and inspiration Auri offers so many. In my 30s, i worked awhile for a senior and handicapped agency, and a favorite client was Alice, who was blind. She had regular cleaners, but hired me herself for odd jobs, including ironing sheets (one of her pleasures - but no longer safe to do herself) and washing her delicate laundry (the other gals used too much of the concentrated detergent!) .... her home was always neat, and we enjoyed our little visits.
Sadly, this is the cause of mental illness and truama with PTSD. It amazing that there are people who care and will help others. This is what defines humanity! This is a true social influencer.

Sometimes people do take advantage of her kindness, but she doesn't let it get her down or become cynical. I want to know what the people criticizing her for not doing more have done for these folks in need.

In 2 days I'm off to my friend's apartment to help her out with cleaning for the third time. First 2 times were full weeks, now things are better and it should only take half a week. No one lives like this because they're too lazy. It's because something is so wrong that it is actually too hard for them to put trash into trash bags and throw it out. For my friend that was untreated chronic lyme disease (fatigue, constant pain), concussion symptoms (balance, brain fog), undiagnosed autism (executive function issues, demand avoidance, difficulty forming habits), depression, ptsd, etc. No one wants to live like this, it is a sign that things are seriously wrong. But yeah she's doing it for free, even if more needs to be done it is not her responsibility to arrange and pay for it. She's giving them a fresh start and it's on them to make the most of it and keep the momentum going.
Yay!!! Thank you for covering this sweet young lady. She is such a joy to watch. I watch her how-to videos and she's taught me better cleaning hacks. She loves the dirtiest places and I love watching her transform places into better living spaces for people in mental or physical crises. She gives people back order and peace. I just love her!

I’ve been following her for about 2 years. She’s wonderful and her videos are nice to watch. You would’ve believe some of the filth she has cleaned. She does all of this for FREE and even supplies the “new” home with new things like bed linens, small carpets etc… out of pocket. So no one should be saying anything negative about this. ❤
I love this woman been following her since she started and I’m soooo glad she’s getting the attention and support she deserves so she can keep helping people. Though I haven't been in as extreme of a situation as these people, I can really understand how she helps them with their mental health just by cleaning. I was severely depressed and all the things in my room kept piling up....I didn't have a floor for a long time. After I lost my job, my friend came over and helped me take out a lot of the trash. After 75% of it was done, she left the rest for me to finish sorting out, since I had to figure out what to keep and what to toss at that point. I'll never forget what she did, she saved me.

I enjoy Auri Katarina’s channel because of what she does for people. She cleans these people’s home for FREE. A lot of times the people that she helps either suffer from depression, or are no longer mobile due to age or illness. There are also single parents who are working multiple jobs to keep their head above water, and they don’t have time to keep the house clean. Auri helps those people as well.
I think this is amazing. I love cleaning disaster areas and seeing the before and after of it. I take pictures too. I hope she helps the elderly who struggle to keep up. I love this! ❤️

I think in the beginning of the report, they said that her father has had depression since 2020 over the Covid thing, and that this is his house. She moved in with him to help. Took awhile, but he finally said Auri could come help them.
Fun fact: the qualities commonly attributed to "laziness" (such as a slovenly environment, lack of energy, apathetic mood, etc) are usually symptoms of mental illness. It's really rare to find people who are truly lazy, "just because" without them also having serious issues. So yes- a lot of these people are dealing with mental illness or coping from traumatic events, health issues, disabilities, etc. Auri cleaned a house for one elderly man who couldn't even bend over or stand up for more than a minute at most.
Omg I love her sm I started watching her almost 2 years ago! After I had to put down my childhood dog I was so depressed and her videos got me back up and motivated to clean my house. I still put her videos on and clean my house with her to this day!

This is so true of so many people and some of them have just gotten lost in the fray of their lives and circumstances not in their control. I am a follower and big fan of hers and she is just incredibly kind, incredibly hard working and thorough. This woman doing these cleanings for views is an angel and should have her own tv show with a budget to hire a few helpers where she goes in and does what she does for people. the tv networks or social media companies should give this woman a show. seriously she should be given a good budget so she can earn enough and keep doing what she is doing. it would make it easier for her to help people if the network gave her a show and she would bring in the views they are looking for and all while helping others as she is now. she is an angel.

Like her, i was a 'messy child,' i liked cleaning with my mom, but my room was often a disaster!!
Starting with the 'trashes' (and recycling/ compost) as she does is a great beginning when the mess seems overwhelming!
So grateful for the help and inspiration Auri offers so many.
In my 30s, i worked awhile for a senior and handicapped agency, and a favorite client was Alice, who was blind. She had regular cleaners, but hired me herself for odd jobs, including ironing sheets (one of her pleasures - but no longer safe to do herself) and washing her delicate laundry (the other gals used too much of the concentrated detergent!) .... her home was always neat, and we enjoyed our little visits.
My home has never been that messy but life definitely gets in the way to have clean home 😢
