When i was a kid, i had a italian friend, his dads name was Enzo. As soon as Italy would play, Enzo would get into his care before the match, dive thorugh the city to find us and the boys. He would pull up like a maniac, jump out the car and put everybody in italian Fan clothing. He literally had everything in his trunk. Please remember they were in a hard lockdown the haddest in the world, I know i lived there. Everytime people got excited about the lockdown finishing it started again. My kids were in and out of school. Even when parts of Italia weren't in a lock down others were. Italians are a proud nation. Servivkng Covid made them even more prouder. This is the best anthem in the world I think. An anthem where everybody (young, middle aged, old) feels identified with it, and everybody sings it with pride. Very nice sounding aswell of course. That's what anthems are about
And to think that my Argentine compatriots believe they have the best anthem in the world and are also the only ones who add their own intonations to it in the games. I believe that the Italian anthem transmits more passion because it is made with a musical work much superior to the Argentine anthem, it is easier to spread that passion through such wonderful, energetic and moving music. Please remember they were in a hard lockdown the haddest in the world, I know i lived there. Everytime people got excited about the lockdown finishing it started again. My kids were in and out of school. Even when parts of Italia weren't in a lock down others were. Italians are a proud nation. Servivkng Covid made them even more prouder. I am English and all my family wanted them to beat England in the Euros final. Because the Italians needed it.

This is the best anthem in the world I think. An anthem where everybody (young, middle aged, old) feels identified with it, and everybody sings it with pride. Very nice sounding aswell of course. That's what anthems are about

I believe that the Italian anthem transmits more passion because it is made with a musical work much superior to the Argentine anthem, it is easier to spread that passion through such wonderful, energetic and moving music.
Congratulations Italian swollens, your anthem is admirable and I personally spend half an hour listening to it to lift my spirits.
