When I listen to her voice, I notice that this anger really is ... angry. :) She has a great voice. You are again spot on with your interpretation of music and lyrics. When the guitar solo began I heard a different expression like confusion? Trying to find a way out? Sounded unusual to me and after a few seconds it found a very satisfying solution.
It's amazing how music can make different people feel different things, but for me (Itai) the guitar solo, with it being so different to the harshness of the sound up to that point, brought up a sense of warmth. I really loved that change. This whole song is brilliant. After the three songs we've covered so far (the two previous being From The Ashes and Lord of Ruins), this band has shot up both our favourites lists. Absolutely amazing!

I have to say, music-wise I quite liked the song and could see myself listening to this band. I just can't with the growled vocals 😂 Just not for me. Though I have to say, it might be very fitting for the topic of this song. Thanks for another interesting recation 🙂
Yes, the scream and growl is, indeed, not for everyone. However, their musical talent and artistry cannot be denied. We are becoming bigger fans of their with every song we cover. They are quite excellent! 🙂

I love CRYPTA! Seen them live twice in Los Angeles. Last year they were the first opener on MORBID ANGEL’s 40th Anniversary tour that also featured REVOCATION and SKELETAL REMAINS, and CRYPTA outshined them all in their brief half hour set. They performed as if they were the headliners.
And then I saw them again last month for their first headlining tour of the US.
I’ll be seeing them for a 3rd time when they return to the US in October, opening for HATEBREED, CARCASS and HARM’S WAY! 🔥🔥🔥
I agree many things you mentioned. I learn to love this band because their music is so interesting and it breaks some patterns in music and is done with style. I like also their lyrics, they are quite psychological like a self therapy.
You mentioned both Fernanda and Tatyana but I like to add to your list of good female metal singers Avienne the singer of Vintersea. I suggest you to react to Vintersea and their newest music video Devil's Churn. I think it's going to be your next rabbit hole. 🤟🔥
