You are an artist of a craftsman. I love your passion. Thanks for sharing.
We are good people 😉
What a gorgeous knife...
It's a unique design that really does mimic a bone knife like you say.
Awesome work!
In these most difficult of times, I wish you well and trust you are continuing to express your positivity in creative ways. Peace.
Legend has it that Max sleeps with a pillow under his knife.
Good one!!! LOL
When the world ends, this guy will thrive,
Andrew Felcey no kidding, man. People like him will just eat people like me 😖
Hopefully he will thrive without the world ending. 😉
@@MangySquirrel I honestly think it might be the other way around, people who don't know this type of stuff will have to resort to attacking other people and taking what they have.
@@MangySquirrel mmmm long pig
Wint3rsmith Hey! 😅 Imma watch out for @Wint3smith
Smartest off-grid Russian I have ever listened too in my life. Brilliant Sir. You are a walking library. Cheers from Canada my friend, keep up the good work. Love your videos but this one made me subscribe. You are an intelligent human being, we need more humans like you. Thank you for the videos and don't ever quit or I will get stupid again. Lol.
The craftsmanship on this channel is astonishing...
Just do it. You are capable of great things

The range and depth of skill this man has is beyond my abylity to apprecciate.
Just discovered your channel, and I’m going to have to watch everything. Great content and your English is better than most
Beautiful work Max! I would have never thought of using vacuum to impregnate polymer into wood! The Yakut knife came out great 👍🏼
That opening scene, hello friends… goes on to spin the blade into the wood.
Don’t mess with this guy!
Dude, that intro clip is such a power move, I can't even😂. The look into the camera, the confident stature, the seamless twirl and throwing of the knife. So great.
That knife is fantastic,
I'd love to own one.
There is one available at "lamnia.com"

Being of Finnish descent, I'm addicted to puukos, but it's nice to see related styles. This is on my list of knives to make! Thanks! 👍
Thank you for another great video. The knife is a thing of beauty.
I just can't get over your talent! With your knowledge I would think you are 500 years old!
I love that simplistic design of the handle, and the blade also
Man, Thor's hammer while you're forging is an awesome touch and nod to the great god of thunder! You're cleverness and sense of humor are on point.
Wow Max i love watching your every videos sometimes i watch twice you explain so well every details thank you for sharing yours skills
Thank You for the video, great video as always. I am up to date on all your videos looking forward to the next one.
wishing you well from California, USA.
I politely make this suggestion: DO NOT STAND ON YOUR BLADE...if it failed, you could very easily have received a crippling injury. There are other ways to perform the same test, safer ways. I laud your knife making and your skills. You do excellent work and provide interesting content. There is no need for you to get hurt doing it.

@@Advoko Thank you.
beautifully crafted knife
I've seen a documentary about the tribes that live with reindeers and their explanation for the shape of the blade was simply that metal is a scarce resource and this indentation allows for a knife of adequate size with less raw materials
Another Master piece by just another Lawman.
Amazing , thanks Max.
👍 Danke fürs Hochladen!
👍 Thanks for uploading!
👍 Very good and beautiful, thank you!

The traditional handle method of fitting the tang helps me out a lot and gives me a great way to try it I just got a Yakut knife blank as a gift and I want to make a really nice handle for it
Your never-ending skill sets never cease to amaze me. Kudos to your teachers and elders that have imparted their wisdom on to you with these time honored crafts and skills. Thank you for sharing them with us. Best wishes for your journey.
You make me want to fire up my forge my friend. Beautiful blade. I feel like I’m playing catch up watching all of your videos right now haha

A wonderful knife. I've seen a few of these Siberian knives on CZcams. If I was younger I'd buy one.

Nice knife I usually look for files to turn them in to strikers for flint and steel purpose I wish I had blacksmith tools now.
Advoko makes... and THIS GUY wants!

Robin, thank you for your compliment!
Excellent skills and alternative thinking , the strength and conditioning of this knife is outstanding the finish is perfect . Just as it should be . You are a true craftsman maxi . Looking forward to your next project . Amazing site . The best out there in my personal opinion . Keep up the excellent content and tutorials .
YOU ARE A BEAST MAXI KEEP IT UP MY BRO
Normally, a file is too high in carbon for this to work out well, but this is how tempering keeps the hardness of the file on the edge - yet imparts flexibility into the spine... Perfection. This is what you want. This is high carbon brittle steel being worked at it's finest. A pleasure to watch a master blade smith at work.
Hi there from England. That was a pleasure to watch.. Thanks so much.
Do you ever make knives for commission? I have to ask I don't own knives but as a camper I realise the need and yours are the best I have seen in years of looking at various You Tube videos. If not I understand. Best wishes, Mark.
Respect. Extraordinary result. Keep going! 🇬🇷🇷🇸🇷🇺
This is a very beautiful piece, love the craftsmanship and simplicity of the blade.
I won't be able to copy that any time soon, i'm in no position to set up even a little forge now.
But i'm always to more of this quality content
I've made a Yakut knife. It was very enjoyable and can be done with even lump charcoal, a hair dryer a hammer and a sledge hammer head as an anvil.
You can always just grind one out of a file, they are already heat treated...
@@BikingVikingHH but very brittle.
Less chit chat - more production. I want!!!!! Great work. Master builder!
His presentation, verbal and visual, is second to none.
Fantastic results
I name you True Renaissance Man... Thanks for sharing! ❤️🌀
Interesting history, lots of older designs follow forms from stone too.
Perfect! Thank you
Amazing work as always!!! Molodyets!
Truly amazing.
Very good work!
You should think about making a hardy hole in the anvil. The hardy hole can hold attachments like you were holding the tool.
Smiths have many attachments for a hardy hole.
Excellent work.
Beautiful knife
knife cover which match the handel would be very cool
when wake up at 5 in the morning, to watch your video in silent, when children's sleep. As well as top content. Keep going.

I've seen quite a few files tuned into knives... this one that you made is very functional with the rugged outdoor style...! 👍👌😀
I love your craftsmanship, Advoko!
Omg, I'm in awe of your skills, great work. Thanks
You are a fantastic teacher. Good, easy to follow directions!
First you make the anvil, then you make the forge, then you make the knife. I'm very impressed and inspired by your talent and effort!
I am loving all your videos. You do great work.
Thank you for sharing.

beautiful knife, the handle looks a bit like horn/antler
beautiful knife and amazing work! Thanks for sharing Max!
A beautiful knife in form and function. Very inspiring. Thank you for posting the video.
CZcams has shown to be the best way to connect people across continents and cultures. Br. from Montenegro.
How would primitive people drill a hold in the wood handle? Did they have drill like equipment? Would they burn the hole instead of cutting? I had never seen the wedge method used to secure a handle to a knife. It is so simple and effective it’s ingenious.
The whole project turned out beautiful but that handle is gorgeous!
Great job as usual Max. Have you done vids on your dyi anvil and forge before. I love the knife. It looks very beautiful and yet simple. A true work of art.
Outstanding work as usual.... inspiring stuff..... Always look forward to your next video. Keep them coming
There are a few people on CZcams whose videos I watch not just once but twice and sometimes multiple times. Yours fit into that select group of presenters. Thanks Max.

My words pale to compliment in a manner complementary to the craftsmanship of your works. Hat's off again.
As usual I have learned something new from you. Thank you...Peace....
