Washing up liquid
What is that liquid spray?
More than likely you can commonly use a little soap & water, I'm assuming that's what's being used. This will allow you to be able to work wt the silicone better as it dries rather quick, you can even dab your finger in the water as well. I would not advise anyone use a lot of water as you only need a little to moisten the silicone, you don't want to soak it. Good luck 👍
you should never use any type of fluid to assist silicone installation, the surface should be clean and dry to allow for perfect adhesion of the silicone
I first make sure the area needed to be silicone is clean then I apply the silicone, a small bead, and put my finger into dish soap so the silicone does not stick on my finger., The dish soap will dry with the silicone and I have never had a problem.
@@benoitlambert100 how can I do it around a tap base? Water is getting through when splashed around and through tap hole to underneath. Such stupid designs these taps the bases should be alot bigger than the hole slot.
