Hi Payal, Love the vocabulary game you both play with Rai. Its nice to see fathers taking interest in studies of kids. Will definitely tell my friends who have young kids. Does she play name, place, animal , thing like we used to play as kids? Our vocabulary and also gk increased considerably. Nowadays children do play Atlas game where they tell names of places. The ending letter should be used by the other as the beginning. Stoles look lovely. Looking forward for your Christmas tree!

Thank god we found this store here in Bangalore that is full with Christmas decor. Otherwise I would've gone crazy seeing all this decoration 😂 no, sadly Ricotta is not really available in India. Maybe in Nature's Basket for a hell lot of money 🙈😁

Rai's cough abhitak thik nahi hua I have one suggestion give a boiled egg at night and don't drink water after that just eat and sleep it's work. I did with my 2.5 year's daughter and she feels better after 2 times I gave her.

I also bought my Christmas tree and decor after watching your video. Copy cat 😻 cant wait to see your full decoration. Dessert was very easy...and loved your Saturday south Indian break fast. It was yummy looking 😁 you people have to work so much. Constantly on the toes.😔 one more habit i have adopted from you. Now when i wake up i apply my argan oil or olive oil first thing in the morning. I have kept it in my bathroom. Something is better than nothing💃

Hi Payal. What temperature did you set your oven at for the Ricotta cheese dessert? And for how much time? It looked so easy & yummy too.
+Daisy Mendonca sure the temperature is 325 f and keep it for approx 45 min and then take it out and insert a toothpick if nothing stick in the toothpick then it is ready otherwise keep for little more time.

I used to wear long healed shoes in murree pak in snowfal.. Very heavy to carry those shoes.. Yur makeup skills are too good.. Boht maxa aya apke routine dakhty hue.. Hope to see anothr very soon.. We also celebrate Christmas sometimes for fun. We got a artificial Christmas tree and my hubby thinks it's too religious. I think life is too short and it's for kids fun. Rai will definitely be successful in life and school because she has wonderful parents to guide her in her journey. I hate it when it gets dark so soon. 45 min they ypu will see that the top part is little burnt then take it out and let it cool for 4 to 5 hrs but generally it takes around 45 min

You look great, Payal! Onek shukhiye gecho. It shows on your face now. All the hard work at the gym is paying off :) Was that shondesh that you made? I make gurer shondesh with ricotta, but your method is so easy!

3/4 cup milk bolok diye ghono koro, bolok uthlei add 1 cup sugar. Reduce the milk to about half cup or less. Turn the heat off, then add 1/4 of a ball of nolen gur (about 1/4 cup). If you want more of the gur taste, add more gur and less sugar. Then mix in 1 small container of ricotta, and some cardamom powder. Pour into a baking dish (I use a square Pyrex glass dish), and bake at 350 for about 30 mins. You can also do it on the stove, just have to keep stirring the mixture like halwa. So good! My favorite mishti :)
Oh you can also use about 3/4 tin of condensed milk, like you did in your video, instead of the milk/sugar. Just add gur to the condensed milk after it's heated thoroughly, otherwise doodh fete jabe.
