Nice, unmolested, looks like maybe all the original parts. The year is in the model number... 8 for the 8hp engine, 7 for the hydrostatic transmission option, and the 6 means made in 1966.
I hope to someday have a cub 70 and a 100 I love the original cubs I’m also thinking about Stopping by a local mechanic and works on small engines who has a Wheel Horse just like this because I know somebody who likes these old Wheel Horse is that’s a good friend of mine and I’m thinking about buying it and fixing it up to run in doing a minor restoration on it and gifting it to him as a present
Screw the wheel horse, get one of those IH Cadets! Those old cubs are great down south! People want gold for them. It’s hard to find one for cheap. But you can find Deere’s all day long tho. I’ve got 2 hopefully a 3rd.
I had a cub 70 it was in a1 shape but the Kohler engine was junk and the 3 engine's that went in after wore junk to, I'll never run a kohler again, B/S all the way from here on out .
Enjoyed the day with you.
That deutz is the most overkill mower I've ever seen
The previous owner of mine said mince ate wiring behind dash. I haven't picked it up yet. I'm excited. Great video!

Of tractors in O.k. shape $100 for a tractor no deck is perfect! $250 for one w a deck if the decks in rough shape rust holes, probably like $120-150.
The decks known as a cross shaft deck
I have a 875 great tractor til I cracked the frame
If you still own it, it can be possible to get it welded back together again.
How the hell did you break the frame! These old ones are pretty solid if they’ve been taken care of some what.
What part of the country are you at? Thumbs up on your video bud.
