You have to make up your own hair routine and stick to it, I’ve been on my natural hair journey for over 20 something years and then became a product junky myself but now I have a steady routine and my hair is soft moisturized and growing. My hair kept breaking off from me using too many different products and not just sticking to one thing
I am so sorry to hear that, could it have also been using different products bc I have seen other natural hair yters who had hair trauma from using too many products
@@BushieNaturals yep my hair is very dry I tried to do just protective styles as well and it dried my hair up even moreso. But I will never not be natural it's the best decision I ever made when it comes to my hair
I can relate I followed the hair trends and my hair broke off I lost inches too ...but we will get through this

20+ Years !!!! You are goals!!!!!!!!!
It's easy. Cleanse, condition, twist up your hair with grease, leave it alone for 1-4 weeks.
