I love older builds, despite the size difference it has plenty of shelves, I like the wrap around cabinets in the kitchen/nook and updated amenities

I’m glad you’re doing pre-existing homes. New builds are beautiful but the solid foundation and framework is not what it used to be. My aunt house in the Cliff was built in 1949 and it’s still holding up!
