Off Grid Trailers took the cake for this comparison. You can't beat the performance and options and price.
We really liked it too!
There's a guy out of Georgia who custom builts off road trailers. His company is called drifter trailers
Thanks for including us. Really appreciate it!
Our pleasure!
Thank you for putting your time into this. It's appreciated and hopefully the views reflect that.
We hope so too! Thanks
We heavily use our Space Trailer for family vanning with 2 kids and 2 big dogs. Load up the gear, throw in a big ground tent, drop the tailgate for the kitchen; a lightweight giant trunk on wheels, and the rack holds bikes and a rooftop box and can still be lifted. Stores and rolls easily, and is a great utility trailer in the off season. It’s our starter rig, ready for any weekend road trip.
That's awesome!!
I’m excited for this episode!!
Oh Man !! That was the best , excellent questions you allowed them to answer without getting off topic . Thanks, we did miss the outtakes .
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great stuff! Thanks for putting this together!
Our pleasure!
Excellent video….. great info and content…Thank You !
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for this compilation. You should do this every 6 months. You just earned a subscriber!!!!
Excellent video‼️ I've visited several of these websites. So many options to consider 🤔 👍👍👍
Glad it was helpful!
That Offtrax trailer from Australia is the pick of the bunch! Wow what a trailer, built tough with everything you need for that weekend away to Extreme adventure. No wonder they are selling well !
Great job!
Thank you! Cheers!
Love it guys! I think I’m going to go with BADAC Adventure Co.
First of all, thank you for this video. Secondly, I have been setting up a car camp situation for my developmentally disabled sister who begs me to go camping, but has balance issues and walker. Intellectually impaired. I have a need for a bug out light weight trailer for fire evacuation or earthquakes, or just camping. I have an awning screened in for her tent on my subaru forrester... which I later learned has a tow capacity of 1500..a reclining lawn chair to sleep in. I was looking for lightweight to tow within my weight limit. But she can not climb up steps for like the meerkat...no rooftop tents...so it would be nice to develop a slide or lift so she can sit or stand on to lift into a camper..or long folding ramp for walker.
The camping offroad scene is missing a whole audience of people who are disabled and elderly, and aging who need rugged camper with hand rails and ramp inside...I would love to brainstorm with one of these companies. Have some ideas with mods for existing designs.
With me and a handicapped person and 2 small dogs, with needed storage for supplies, the rugged type is what I look for so I don't have issues and problems out in the woods up here in WA and be stranded.
Try the toy hauler/camper options. I’ve seen some really nice ones. Or the Bean has almost 5’ of headroom. Should be able to slide right in. Also love the pass through galley so you can get snacks from inside or out.
@@LDaw_96 I will do that. Thank you!
People get teardrops because their knees are creaky. Most models, you just open the door, sit down, and you're in bed. Easier than climbing up in a traditional camper.
They make all kinds. 1500 lbs is at the light end, but they do make nice ones. You never go wrong staying well below your vehicle's rated towing capacity.
I’m really liking that Badaca setup!
Us too!
Thanks for the advice on the FJ fold down shelf...it was nice to meet you guys at Moore. I spent a good 6 hours at the Expo on Friday, and there are a few trailers that I don't remember even seeing...did a few show up Saturday? I'm kind of sold on the versatility of the Space Trailer...even if I didn't want to use it for camping.
Our pleasure!
You need to add Bean and Escapod on to this list. They are very off grid capable too.
Good stuff.
Thanks!
@@WanderlostOverland I just started looking into these things. I have a 2020 dodge 1500 and still debating if I want to trick that out, buy a trailer or just trade my classic 72 Nova for a tricked out Jeep. Everything is very pricey so I don't want to make a mistake
Smittybuilt Scout is a great starter trailer with good bones
Love the textured look but getting it clean isn't the easiest
Из всех - два или три действительно удобных
Nice compilation but my man needs to let the people finish answering his questions.
Yes
💣💥🔥😍
Look at YOU 😍😎
Thanks Denise 🙏☺️
Depressing state of US manufacturing.
What do you base that observation on?
Pricing, some of these trailers have too much stuff, if you need all the stuff you have at home, then stay home and pitch a tent in your backyard...for f*ck sake
They do build in a lot of fluff, don't they? That's why I'm looking at Runaway Camper down in Florida. I think I'd insulate it all the way around the 6x8 cabin after I got it, for up North, but it's basically a 6x8 box on wheels with good suspension, sturdy chassis and fiberglass/composite body. Air conditioner is the only frill that's standard. Get the 2nd door on the side, and you can help your family member slide right in, if you can back them up to a side door. I'm looking at them because my knees can't (or tell me not to) do tent camping. Just adding that big old box on wheels with air conditioning is the height of luxury!
Insulate it and I can sleep with no heat. Better with heat, but I know I can sleep in -30F in a metal box (blankets and sleeping bags, plural), so an insulated box would be self-indulgent.
@@harrymills2770 I hear you bro, sounds good 👍
You really narrow down your customer base when you only supply 1 tire choice
I'm not buying any of that bull crap I make my own for quarter of the price
