I'm kinda satisfied seeing my Hungary finally took revenge on the Ottoman Empire by annexing it entirely.
So in the game code, the Spanish Civil War doesn NOT fire if Spain is fascist AND Franco wasn't elected in the Spanish elections.
However, the civil can fire very early or late so if Spain fails to become fascist in time, then the civil war still fires.
