When ball lands very close to your player be prepared to hit it just right after the bounce. When ball is heading to your direction very slow you have two options - wait for it or move forward and try to hit your shot with much more pace. Ideally the ball should be on the height of your racket in order to hit it perfect. So always track the movement of the ball and release your shot button just right before it make contact with your racket.
