What I love about Vallejo is not only their products are awesome and very easy to use and produce some stunning results, but these videos are amazing tutorials and even the soundtrack perfectly fits everything! Well done!

Very nice! I'll have to pick some of this up!
I really like Vallejo as a company, no-nonsense does what it says on the tin!
José Brito - The BOSS....
you have to do the rust tutorial! too beautiful!
Where do you get the little details, like the posters, trash bag and coke cans from?
How do these hold up if you spray on a coat of varnish after?
Vallejo weathering products look good but are also heavy and difficult to apply and fix especially when applying using brush for beginners.
Vortex What do you recommend to do?
Use small amounts and build it up very very very slowly, with time to dry inbetween. Dilute with Vallejo Airbrush thinner if needs be. If you do too much you can remove some in the first minute or so if you brush on a load of thinner and use a cotton bud, but once it’s dry it won’t come off.
Do you apply dark mud splashes first or light splashes first, in which order do you apply the mud...Thanks great videos.
i would do light first, then dark. Dry mud tends to be lighter than wet mud.
Interesting. What kind of thinner do you use to blend it? Can I thin it with water and apply it with a airbrush?
It’s acrylic, so I think yes
What’s the splash paint colour you used on the tank at 3:43? :) it’s amazing
Hello Will, here you have the exact color used 73.804 LIGHT BROWN SPLASH MUD from WEATHERING EFFECTS range 😊😊 acrylicosvallejo.com/en/product/hobby/weathering-effects-en/light-brown-splash-mud-73804/
Any tips for the mecha line? I find that it wont spray from the bottle and that I need to thin. But I cant get the ratio
Hi,
You should spray Mecha directly from the bottle, it's airbrushing formula. Did you clean the airbrush properly? Needle size? Can you give us more information? Something that can help us is the name and batch code of the color.
Ive used multiple colors. Last ones i used was mecha turquoise and dark green. I find that at minimum i have to put 2 Vallejo thinner to 10 paint. Im using a new iwata eclipse 0.35 nozzle. Ive done a deep clean. Psi is 15 to 17.
Hello! How can I remove these effects after drying?
After drying, the effects are really, really hard to remove. AV products have high quality adhesive properties, so it will be almost impossible to remove the effects without damaging the rest of the paint work.
From AV range, you can try the Airbrush Cleaner, for removing the effects. But at your own risk. I’m almost certain that you will ruin the paint base work in the process. So, we would not recommend doing it.
Question for José regarding the video: what is the exact size of the pipette you used at 0:39?
Hello, The Warrior204! The pipettes used in this video are these acrylicosvallejo.com/en/product/hobby/hobby-tools/pipettes-1ml-26004/
@@vallejocolors thanks 👍
I just bought it but it seems to be glossy!!! Am I using it in a wrong way? directely from the bottle with the brush...
Hello! This is because this simulates wet mud. In case you need the finish of dried mud you should use our pigments with a tiny amount of water, model and let em dry :)
@@vallejocolors ok
I just did a review about your new great weathering book :-)
