  • We are a family of three embarking on a year of travel including Branson, Mexico, Italy, and throughout the US.
In this video, come along with us to see what you can expect of the Valentin Imperial food options. I'll discuss breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. I'll also share some of the menus. This is part 1 of 2 as I needed more time to talk about the bars!

I'm slowly making my way through all of these (and will go back to see your previous year's ones too.).
Question - we are confused with the restaurant dress code. We keep reading info about them and have seen a few videos about it. However, for:
    - Men: What does closed toe shoes mean (it says no sneakers)? I basically own running shoes. Are those not allowed?
    - Women: Can my wife wear flat open toed sandals? They aren't flipflops ... but it might be a stretch to call them shoes.
Thank you for whatever information you can give us. And ... on to the next video!

Hello! Typically, Justin wears dress shoes. However, I think any kind of non-sneaker men’s shoe would work. I’ve never seen a woman turned away from any restaurant due to a dress code problem. I typically wear flat sandals as the walk to the restaurants can be on uneven surfaces.

The prestige club is a 3 day minimum. Biggest perk is that you get to reserve a spot at either the pool or beach so you don’t have to play the annoying “towel game”. Not worth it otherwise. We loved the Valentin but likely will not return. No physical menus at the restaurants and the rediculous early morning chair saving(towel game) are the biggest reasons we won’t return. I understand that all resorts have issues with chairs being reserved but it is excessive at the Valentin especially around the pool.
