Well done Sean! I've done a few track days, and I know just how mentally tiring they can be especially on ultra modern rocket ships like those beauties
Thanks David! I don't often ride super sports but man they are fun! The forces those rockets put on the body are extreme -i think braking was the most strenuous lol By the end of the day i was done -think i got 5 20 min sessions in. Cheers Sean and Emily
Loving your videos - very diverse - you live in such a amazing part of the world! So many mind-blowing roads and interesting countries at your back door! How did you guys end up in Switzerland after growing up in the UK?
Thanks very much -we appreciate your positive feedback! Yeah we really like living here for that reason -although the winter is pretty cold (no problem as we like snowboarding too). In short was backpacking and came to Switzerland for a Job and never left. Cheers Sean and Emily
Can't tell you how much fun it was!!! I don't ride a sports bike often so to have the day on them was awesome! I'm 6ft2 and the M1000RR seat is a little further back giving more space than the standard RR (well that's how it felt anyway) but still after a 20 min flat out session I was happy to get off it lol
@SeanandEmily yeah, I hear you, back in the days I used to race Ducati 996 and Kawasaki zx7R but haven ridden the race bike in anger in 15 years until just recently I test drove MV Agusta F3 and oh boy was I glad to get off of it in 20 min 😆 cheers !
oh the 996 -the most beautiful bike ever built!! I had a SV1000S as my first bike and after changing to the comfort of the GS i never looked back =) The M1000R though was actually comfortable and an absolute beast!
Looks little good fun, need to hit that throttle a little earlier and wait for your braking marker 😉. I know what its like damp track and you don't want to trash it.
Hi, thanks very much nice to hear you enjoy them 👍🏻. If money was no option then yeah it would be the M1000R however I reckon the S1000R would be the one I would choose for everyday use (out of the 3 of them). After the 20 min session I was ready to get off the RR’s but the R was really comfortable. A bike you can happily ride ti the track, go for a blast and ride home again (providing the tire is still intact 🤣)
@@SeanandEmily you are a gentleman , thank you so much for that info . Keep hose videos coming mate and will let you know when I pick up the m1000r . Dejan from Australia
To take home it would probably be the M1000R, is was incredibly fun and i felt like i could ride it for long periods of time so it could be used in the real world. I'm 6'2'' so the other two super sports after 20-30 minuets i was ready for a break. If it was going to be a track bike i would be happy with either the S1000RR or the M1000RR edging slightly towards the M1000RR as the seat position has a little bit extra room.
Yeah, was genuinely gutted! The first two sessions it was pouring down, there was just about a dry line in the end but not much margin for error lol =)
Can hear the joy in your voice driving these beasts :)
Joy and then silence trusting that those massive brakes stop me in time for the corner lol Seriously amazing machines!

Good drive! In love with this beauty RR! 😮
The RR is awesome -i really like it!!!

Its great to be at the track to sharpen your skills! Just out of curiosity -"how tall r u and how did the m100R fit you? Thanks

Gaaf man ,wat een ervaring....wat een power in die bmw😊
Thanks! The power of the BMW was incredible! =)

Cheers, yeah a damp track with new tires on an unfamiliar bike -not trashing it was my top priority lol =)
Some bikes !
Amazing machines -each guaranteed to put a smile on your face =)

Yeah please do! -might be able to hear you first 😉
Thanks for watching, filming the next series very soon 👍🏻
So if you were 2 choose 1 bike to take home. Which one would it be and why? Thanks and be safe touring

Too bad about the rain.
