- 2 eggplants (~350 g)
- 500 g of potatoes
- 100 g of onion
- 100 g of greem peppers
- 300 g of tomatoes
- 50 g green beans (blanched)
- 50 g peas (blanched)
- 150 g of okra (canned)
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 50 ml of cooking oil
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 (1+1) tsp. salt
