- Let's take a trip to the System Source Swap Meet & Computer Museum! The swap meet was on July 22nd, 2023 at the System Source Computer Museum in Hunt Valley, MD. This was my first visit to the event and museum, it was amazing! I highly recommend coming to visit their amazing museum.

I need to visit there; never been. I know the area well. Lived within 20 miles of it my entire life until I graduated from college.
i actually teared up when i saw the standalone G3 monitor in the first 0:56 seconds of the video. so many memories!
I have used a few of those computers, PC and Mac! I'll add this to my to do list.

This was right up the road from me and I didn't know about it! I wish I could have grabbed that Umax, one of those is on my wishlist.
All that's missing inside the museum are the mid-90's Apple lawn decors like Clarus the Dogcow and more.

That Gateway keyboard at 3:21...I have that exact same one! Is that an SGI Octavia at 4:24? if so, it's the same model that saved Toy Story 2 from total deletion. Galyn Susman and Oren Jacobs tell a great version of THAT story.

Oh man, I am so thoroughly jealous! Some beautiful stuff in there! I spotted my first laptop (the HP ZE something-or-other) and my second laptop the (Dell Inspiron 6400) in someones pile, and see the ended up on the Free table at some point! I'd have gladly bought those, I miss them so much! 😁 What's that adorable lil' thing at 1:06?

Yes, an original Apple 1.
The SE/30 with the flip down door was a Tempest (military case), I believe a black painted version was in the Watchman movie.
@@Mac84 yeah I saw the tempest recently on their website. Surprised that’s an original apple 1 though and not a repro.
So sad that we don't swap meetings like this in Germany, but at least it's a good excuse to visit USA!
