It goes in a curve, so if you punch in the middle most of the kinetic energy don't go in this curve so you will loose it but if you punch slightly down at the bottom of this ball the kinetic energy moves with the ball in the curve. Even better would be a chin chop but you can't punch this ball like that without probably Injury. An small example by me. I did this many times and if I punch in the middle I got mostly 860-80 but when I thought about how the ball is moving I got my PR with 920. Likely with arm wrestling. If you fight against one with an longer arm, then you are at a disadvantage. Because of the leverage, the opponent can apply much more power on your arm.
