      @@kaapuuu no first he fried them and then drained them most nutrients are lost in this way. They will definitely taste better due to frying and the spices but won't be nutritional.

      @@iaber1698 claro no quise menospreciar la comida mexicana en este caso a los tacos, al hacer la comparación yo me refería al comentario lineas arriba independientemente de si es comida gourmet o callejera creo yo habiendo probado ambas cosas, que un buen salteado en wok le gana a unos buenos tacos en matices sabores aromas texturas y ni hablemos de lo nutricional, pero no se llevan por mucho ya que como dicen cada quien elije su veneno y unos taquitos de birria con queso cebollita cilantro y sus salsas también te hacen salibar.

      @@dunkan0097 No sentí que quisieras menospreciar la comida de México. No voluntariamente, pues. China y México están dentro de las 10 mejores gastronomías del mundo. La comida mexicana no se limita a tacos. La cocina mexicana está considerada como Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Como mexicano que soy, critico a mis paisanos que "desprecian" algo por ser caro y hacen comentarios como "pues el Wagyu será muy caro pero yo prefiero mis tacos" Es muy molesto por ser una falsa humildad. Como "foodie" que soy, me gusta la comida mexicana, la china, la francesa, la japonesa y los cortes. Y para mi no es necesario bajar otras comidas para elevar la mexicana. Pero sin duda, los que reducen la comida Mx a tacos, pues desconoce ampliamente. Un saludo Amigo.

    This cut of meat is called "Contra Filé" and is sold at any butcher shop in Brazil for about U$9.00 per kg.

    Well done을 주문했는데 거의 탄 고깃덩이를....
    그래서 그 다음부터는 Medium으로... 핏물? 육즙이 나와 스테이크 회를 먹는 기분이 들었던 추억이..

    Those fried, boiled and then sautéed potato side dish takes too much time, you're better off parboiling a batch, then tossing it in compound butter then baking it in an oven, you can make big batches just ready to serve. (saves time for other dishes that use the same side dish as well)
