    Clever idea to give the buyers the option of “SuperMoto” and off road capabilities all in one bike. Enjoyed the review 🏍😃👍.

      yeah, that's what I thought. It's of course not mega enduro bike but it's not trying to be. A great fun option for many people I'd say

    I was really impressed with this bike when I saw it at last year's motorcycle live. This is the third positive review I've seen and the first off road test so I'm definitely considering one now. I made the switch to an electric car a few months ago and have no regrets. It's your individual usage pattern that makes the difference in choosing between petrol, diesel or EV. This bike could not replace my 900cc as I can't use it the same way but for commuting, green lanes and fun blasts out I won't buy an ice bike now.

      That's awesome. So refreshing to hear someone talking about electric in a practical use kind of way, so many just expect them to do everything. Love it. So pleased my day playing in the mud has helped your thoughts too. Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment

    I so love you reviews. All good info and no fake fan-girling.
    I was really interested until I found it won't do the highway speed limit. Been looking for a emotorcycle to ride into town and back. BUT there is a highway covered in semitrailers so no 100kph, no life expectancy (for rider and bike)
    Congrats on properly mentioning the suspension. I find that most most reviewers very poorly talk suspension. Big thanks.

    • @TheGirlOnABike
      @TheGirlOnABike  Před 3 lety

      thanks so much Greg, that's really kind of you to say. Yeah 100kph would be out of limits for this one unless you had a really really big hill hehe. So you're after electric? Have you looked at Zero? They have some mid range affordable options that could work but would need a full motorcycle license

      @@TheGirlOnABike Zero withdrew from Australia last year. They were too high performance ( and price) for what I need anyway. Genuinely need a commuter.
      Need the actual 125 equivalent of a proper 125-250cc ICE bike. Most 125cc road bikes will do over 100kph real. I know because I raced 125Commuterlite class before I moved towns . That class had completely stock motors and everyone easily did over 100kph even geared down. I agree that the zeros are the pick of quality though for emotorcycles. Pity the Super soco isn't a handful of kph faster.

    The 20% off sounds good right up to the point you relise that you are not actually saving anything, the reason is when distributors relised that they could claim the 20% they actually increased the base price of the bike by 20% and so allowing them to pocket the extra 20% and also claim back the 20%, originally the Artisan ES1 Pro cost around £3600 with 2 battery's and a similar thing with the horwin and the soco, however when they realized they could use the 20% discount to make money they jumped on it and so upped the base price by 20% so really you are not saving anything but rather are paying more than you should given that these bikes sell for around 2500 in china whicj is close to what is should have cost here in the uk if the sellers did not get greedy as the original £3600 - 20% is £2861 so really you are paying around an additional £1600 to the greedy seller

    • @TheGirlOnABike
      @TheGirlOnABike  Před 3 lety

      oh that sucks. Sounds like the same sort of pricing games ever brand pays. At least the gov is still funding part of it I guess...the shipping a bike form China to here is certainly going to add to the price so it wouldn't be fair to expect the chinese rate.

    Being picky, the discs are perferated not vented. Vented discs are on most cars and are like discs joined together with vent in-between. There is a bike that does come with vented discs... See if you can find it? 😉
