    Great video. This pedal is one I didn't think I wanted/needed. But after hearing your demo, I've changed my mind! Good work, sir!

      Your stuff is always super creative and much of it surprises me that the pedal(s) are capable of such sounds. Always look forward to checking your stuff out! Thanks for the work you've done over the years.

    Hello, thanks so much for posting this vid! I have listened to it a few times now:) Can I ask how you created the Haunted Reverb patch (#6)? I did a factory reset on my Artifakt, using the older Neuro editor, and it wiped out my factory presets. It left me with no baseline to start from. I have been able to create a nice envelope filter, chorus, and flange effect with it. However, I just can't seem to get a trem sound UGH! Any help will be greatly appreciated!

      I didn't make that one, so not sure specifically how it was made. I'll take a look tomorrow and see what I can tell ya. Editor should be out soon, so hopefully we can get all these uploaded to the cloud.

      For Tremolo, there is a dedicated Tremolo block you need to engage. This also controls the Depth of the Trem, so set that there. In the LFO block, you'd set your shape and the speed of the LFO. Then in the control section in the editor you just set the switches/knobs to control whatever you want.
      The Haunted reverb patch just has reverb going on, then engages/disengages the tremolo block with the footswitch. That gives you the option of not having trem, or having trem along with the reverb.

    In the Neuro app, can you freely mix and match different engines (ex. Vinyl plus glitch with bitcrushing)?

  • @oansun

    You think it can do sort of a swell-in when depth is maxed? This does every lofi thing i want but if i can use it to replicate poly synth for my cover band then its a gift from the gods (currently using a Slö for that)

    • @TriPedalReviews
      @TriPedalReviews  Před 2 měsíci

      I can check, are we just talking a volume swell based on pick attack on the dry signal? If you've got a sample I can take a look at doing it.

    Can you overwrite the factory presets with your own? Or modify them and save them? And can you move through presets with the pedal switches?

      @TriPedalReviews  Před 2 měsíci

      You can overwrite all preset slots with whatever you want. You can move through presets with the footswitches.

    Where are these presets coming from? The pedals not showing on the Neuro Desktop app

    • @TriPedalReviews
      @TriPedalReviews  Před 2 měsíci

      Created during the past several months of Beta testing. SA doesn't have Neuro Desktop support for this pedal yet. They are working on it currently. When there is support for the pedal in the app, I'll upload any presets I've created and demo'd here to the cloud.

    How is the tremolo?

    • @TriPedalReviews
      @TriPedalReviews  Před 2 měsíci

      As a standard trem with selectable wave shapes I think it's great. As I demo'd, you can set up different speeds with the switch and set your knobs to whatever you want them to do really. I find that really useful. It doesn't have harmonic trem or a bunch of panning options. If you don't need those things, and just need standard trem, then it's great.

    How is this useful for bass

    • @TriPedalReviews
      @TriPedalReviews  Před 2 měsíci

      Lofi aesthetic aside, this is a box of utility effects. Compression, Chorus, EQ, Boost, Overdrive, Fuzz, Flanger, Delay, Reverb, Filter etc... All of which are useful for all sorts of instruments, including Bass.

      @@TriPedalReviews my problem with SA is that they keep replicating the same stuff, I already have those pedals with SA, so we're just supposed to buy them again because they put it in a new box?

    • @TriPedalReviews
      @TriPedalReviews  Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@OlandoMcCallI'd say evaluate products based on your needs and pick em up if you want. No one is expecting you to buy it just cause. I'm not here to convince you one way or another.
      SA's a company who's products are primarily built on software/DSP. They have a very kitchen sink approach in that they include every element they possibly can into their pedals with the processing power they've got at the time. Yes, they re-use some code between products (that's just smart, why wouldn't you?) But they also improve upon effects per release as well, they aren't just carbon copies of the same effect and functionality all the time. Ultrawave for example is one of the best Tremolo's out there, and beats the the Vertigo, which is a dedicated trem pedal by SA. Ultrawave is capable of far more unique and interesting trem effects, and it isn't even primarily a tremolo pedal. Benefits to having the same effects achievable in different products, means if you are running more than one SA pedal, then you can have different effects going at multiple points in your signal chain. In addition, each of the pedals can also have their own signal chain of internal effects, so you can combine those in unique ways as well that you otherwise wouldn't be able to with individual parts that don't interact with each other in the same way standalone. This is a pedal dedicated to lofi with the ability to use it as utility for many other effects that may be more practical and get more use. The individual parts are most certainly useful to the majority of players.
      It's the most flexible lofi centric pedal I can think of that isn't completely fully modular (and thus harder to work with), and it also has a lot of utility with practical effects that one could use for more traditional sounds. You should consider the control aspect of each product as well. Small UI changes can yield large results. This particular pedal has multiple LFO's as well as simultaneous envelope control in any direction of up to 18 different parameters.
      If it doesn't strike your fancy, find something that does.
