Where in the Meditations are these techniques listed?

Selections of the techniques described in this chapter are mentioned many times throughout The Meditations but, in particular, in Meditations 11.18, Marcus provides a more comprehensive of ten distinct cognitive strategies for coping with anger, which he calls "Gifts from Apollo (the god of healing) and his Muses" - this is discussed in a lot more detail, along with other sources, in How to Think Like a Roman Emperor.
