Here's a blast from the past. Are you aware back in the seventies there were no canals in Punta Gorda Isles and there was no Punta Gorda Isles. My husband at the time worked for General development and help dredge those canals. He used to come home with these fossilized bones. Yep I've been here a little longer than you. Beautiful area. And its gonna take two winning lotto tickets.. Land taxes are extremely up there. Along with house insurance.

The house needs some updates especially those Denver Colorado cabinets. There’s no way I would cut 70% of that room off with that leather horseshoe. That’s a pretty small water tank for that sized house.
They are not selling the furniture. This is a waterfront home close to exit. It has a lift, pool, on a cul de sac and renovated kitchen and bath. A water heater can be replaced for under $1000. This house will sell!
