- I cast this part to repair a safe. The safe had a plastic part that you have to turn to open the safe....I repaired it and my customer promptly broke it again...because it was made out of PLASTIC! So I made a part out of aluminum and fit it to the safe. I made a mold using my K-bond sand for this one. It's hard to gain subscribers on this platform, but you've done well building up your audience 👍 Looking forward to your next post, have a good night 👍
I've been trying to get my hands on some organoclay to make K-Bond for over a year and so far the best I've been able to accomplish is getting a 2# sample sent. What's your secret?
It's been a while but I believe I ordered from elementous specialties... I'll try to look that up when I have a chance
Www.Elementis.com search their site...I may have ordered through my business.
