Assaulting the Public Is A Crime | Police, Staff, Recruits and Security Cover Up

  • This is taking being a public servant a step to far when you believe that you can assault a member of the public and just walk away. The actions and behaviour of Ian Leaver (Police Staff) are unacceptable and judging by this video footage the reaction of the security and Police Officers seems to amount to a cover up.
Police Officers blatantly refusing to listen to my complaint of being assaulted and security personnel who just do not pay any interest in becoming involved in what was a very serious matter.
Sir Mark Rowley this incident of covering up and misdirection needs to be urgently looked into. We are seeing the future generation of police officers so engrossed in their mobile phones they believe that they also can just ignore members of the public and find my situation to be 'funny' that they also do not have to react to the situation.
In other major instances a full enquiry is launched to establish the outcome and I suggest that this is the course of action that the Metropolitan Police conduct Immediately.

The disdain shown by these police officers is worrying. What makes it worse, is that they KNOW they are being recorded. This should, at the very least, be shown to those who report directly to Sir Mark Rowley. If this is ignored, then all of his words about improving standards, will mean very little.

Rotten from top to bottom. I would go to your MP. (If it’s a Tory find a Labour one). Lodge a formal complaint to the head of the station and the IOPC and contact a solicitor. Do you believe a member of public attacked by a police officer on the street wouldn’t receive the same treatment. There has to be change it started to happen but I believe it’s gone backwards recently. They are so confident that they can behave in this way. Hello Mate! This is the Met., currently under special measures, for sytemic corruption and racism. Some of our staff are currently in prison for crimes commited, including murder, so we desperately need to train more "officers". We even have to hire private security companies to keep these trainees safe from the public until they are fully trained in the way the Met. works.
"Don't talk to the public, and if you have to, keep it brief and keep walking (away). If you weren't there, say so and refuse to comment. All crimes must be reported to 101. Point members of the public to the yellow phone on the wall. Hopefully it will be "out of order" like the rest of our "officers"."
We will soon have more new staff sitting at their computers in remote industrial sites dealing with real crime, and driving around in top of the range "motors" heavily armed and with full protective clothing.
The public have nothing to fear but fear itself, and we will be delivering that in good measure! Stay safe mate, and take care! You're gonna need to once we are fully trained.

That aggressive nutjob said 'no, Im not detaining you' at 18.55 then at 19.44 he said 'I'm not… touch you… I'm GOING TO detain you'. If Yardley does pursue assault no doubt the police will twist those words or use them to muddy the case.

He needs a serious looking at because of his aggression towards the public. Yardley how you kept your cool is beyond me mate, I'm not an aggressive person by nature but I think I would of defended myself by know, clearly this guys is unhinged which makes me wonder why isn't he in the police force?. Main job for security is to observe and report well done them NOT. in order for security to operate they need to be totally independent of who ever employs them which ain't going to happen as their income comes from them so it's a contradiction of facts and a waist of time. Good old police back bone of law and order keeping us all safe that thin blue line runs deep In conspiracy cover ups criminality fraud and the list goes on I'm so glad council tax is so high in order for the public to pay for our rights to be abused by them

The level of disrespect and disdain shown by basically every member of the police you came in contact with during this visit is beyond disgraceful. Both a sergeant and another senior officer literally walking away from you and turning their backs on you while you are trying to talk to them. They have zero respect for you and absolutely no intention of doing anything to review or investigate any questionable behaviour that involves one of their own gang. This is surely the clearest demonstration of their ingrained culture of corruption, self protection and overall dishonesty. Seeing the inability of the new recruits to hold a respectable interaction is also a very disturbing picture and a sign of ‘business as usual’ in the future.
As for the police staffer who thinks he has the right to go hands on, I just feel sorry for his family, he clearly has deeply rooted psychological issues and an overwhelming sense of entitlement. To be honest, his behaviour makes me think he is an ex police officer?
