I think they are doing well considering how difficult getting to the truth trough Trump and his legal team, has been. The Judge has got to be very careful dealing with a powerful, vengeful, wealthy man who is known to lie! The Judge must feel a real sense of duty to put himself in a position where his every word will be scrutinized by people world wide. The Judge has a very difficult and we know he can't please the crowd, just base his ruling on real facts and the law.
No one can win because no matter the ruling, most people have very strong opinions on Trump. I admit, I'm Canadian and I think he is a disgusting person who lies constantly and breaks the laws... and I could rant on. I think Maga won't believe Trump is guilty. I am so happy this trial is happening because so many of his crimes and motivations have been shown to everyone. This chaos is very unhealthy for everyone.

If they can't then why bring the case? This is a nothing case, should never had been brought up. The reason DOJ declined prosecuting it.
Anyone who is following this case closely and trying to be unbiased, is well aware this case is very important and will go down in history. I don't see any way they can not find Trump guilty of his crimes, if they pay attention to the evidence and many witnesses. Keep in mind, what is the charge and what evidence and witness statements have testified. Try to not be swayed by what the media has said. Stay quiet unless you do that.

The defence was a joke because any evidence they had was weak at best. Trump is so guilty it would be hard to defend him. I love when facts expose lies. If people don't see how awful (and unlawful ) Trump is, after following this trial, then they don't want to accept reality. The divide in people over politics in the USA is extreme and I really hope that hatred can be overcome. Some younger men in politics, who serve first and care less about making themselves richer and more powerful, would be nice. I guess the position attacts the exact opposite.

@@tommymitchell2306 The crime is that he used campaign funds to pay off Cohen. While Cohen paid Stormy $130k, the his the payback in monthly payments of $35k totaling about $450k to Cohen. To hide the payments, they were listed as “legal expenses” and Cohen paid income tax on the $450k.
