So today they have released THE HAT TRICK burger.
3 beef patties, some onions, ketchup and mustard.
Hardly innovation. 🤣🤣

I always have that problem with the Big Tasty.
I can’t tell you how many times they forgot to put Bacon and Tomatto’s on.
I remember once ordering two, and both came without Bacon and Tomato’s, which was ironic as both boxes said “…with Bacon”.
He admitted later he asked for the Own Goal Burger 🍔 by mistake 😩

The disappointing thing for me when I had it is that there were no gherkins in it 😂
The double quarter pounder is dry as a bone so I expect this to be even worse. Also it looks like you’ve gotten 3 slices of cheese in yours according the mc Donald’s app it’s only supposed to come with 2x slices, so another reason why I expect it to be even drier
Spoons changes their burgers to 3oz from 4 oz so you lose 25% for every burger.
Haven’t had a spoons burger for ages. To be fair spoons food was always ok for the dollar. Now it’s gone up in price and the quality hasn’t changed. So don’t go in there very often anymore.

Top consumer research ! I haven’t had a Maccies for ages, almost spat my tea out when you mentioned it was over £7 for the meal , for what is a cheese burger. Off to the spoons it is, at least they offer you a pint !
We have maccies Monday here. Wanda work all day and so do I. So it’s easy. Food to not think about 🤣🤣🤣
@@ScottReviewsThings absolutely, I was working away for about a year, Helen would pick me up, travelling back Maccies was the only place open at silly o'clock, live saver. Just can't believe the price these days.
Yeah you are correct with the innovation part. Such a big let down, if they did like a summer burger with 2 pates, cheese, onions, maybe avocado (some people would hate or love that), and maybe a sweet chilli jam.. that would be nice.
In Canada recently they now have Churros and Masala fries. Masala fries would be great here. Maybe go alongside a spicy chicken burger with some Indian curry sauce instead of relish. And a nice cool iced chai drink to go with it. Sounds great.
They do a quocamolie burger in Belgium which is similar to what you describe at the top. It’s really nice.

I’d understand it if this was released after an English player scores a hat-trick or even England just scoring 3-0 in the Euros or something but it is just as boring and poor quality as the other stuff in their cheeseburger range.
Just make a beef version of the McRib available for summer and they’ll come running. In time for BBQ season. I don’t know about the hat-trick but they’ve really missed a trick here.

@@ScottReviewsThings I actually had one yesterday. Not a fan. I don’t normally complain about too much beef, but there was no balance. Too much beef and not enough anything else. Was a chore to chomp through. Lazy Euro’s cash in from Maccies this one.

I knew they were in trouble years ago when they advertised a Mayo Burger. All they ever seem to do now is switch the bun, add an extra that you could ask for yourself and that’ll be 3x the price please. Meh.

Bigger or smaller than a double quarter pounder?
There’s probably nothing in it to be fair.
Triple cheeseburger is 279 kcal of meat, Double quarter pounder is 464, hat trick is 454. Winner is the double quarter pounder which is cheaper and you actually add things to it. Like bacon or mayo.
its different patties than the quater meat but works out the same meat wise
You could get 2 triple cheeseburgers for the same price.
Or try chicken mayo meal or 2. £6 but no mayo and with the chips use your bbq source so you have to bbq chicken burgers for £2

Personally, I think this is a pure rip off! I had to try it once so I could make a fair comparison. But this "thing" is a total waste of money. You would be better off with a Triple Cheese Burger which is essentially the same but half the price!

Jesus Christ,there are people in Mcdonalds who get paid a lot of money to come up with ideas like that,and believe me i know i worked for them for yrs.Its just pathetic, they have run out of ideas and need to change the Management in certain Areas,they will have spent months coming up with that,and what a joke,glad i left.
