The detail to this game!
Seems like Im just not used to games having actual content that are not spoon fed to me anymore...
Its really says something when the devs are so confident about their game that they dont worry about players missing a few thing that they worked to make here and there.
I sincerly wish more of these new gen games were back to being like this again...
the secret tunnel at the end of the video was actually my path in the first playthrough because i was exploring
After watching these videos I feel like I've never even played DOS2 haha. I gotta play that game again.
My friends and I scoured the crap out of this game for all these secrets, turns out there was still a few more for us to find.
The first time I got to Act 4 I had used the back door in act 3. Act 4 was tough after that and I realized I'd rather do all the quests I could find to be a higher lever going from one act to the next.
The main issue I have with using the Band of Braccus at the gate is that you lose all the xp from going through it without the ring.
I touched on that in my review, the concept at least. A big problem with all the choice presented in this game is that so much loses you exp, that it's usually best to just do literally everything in every way possible.
@@MortismalGaming So very true, especially with the end of act 1, on tactician, I need every scrap of xp i can get to survive.
You can actually get one idol for each of your characters, providing you don't mind loosing 2 constitution in return. Just have to talk to Dorotya with each of your 4 characters and meet her around that corner (separately ofcourse), allways choosing to let her suck your blood :) so 4 idols in total, or even 5 if you also pickpocket her or kill her for stealing too much from her (like she attacks you cause you've stolen from her :)

I've got one for you! I managed to do three playthroughs and only on the third find out about it. Loic the Immaculate in Arx! Like the entire thing. And as an added bonus, the void touched potion :)
Missed the enchanting one, wow, which is worth like missing 4 other things completely, holy cow.
Only reason I knew about the idol of rebirth is because I saw it in my recipes, but my characters don't die, and if they do I probably made a negative IQ play ;-;
I've been itching to do an Unstable+Morning Person build using it with 0 constitution or armor.

I found that tunnel on my first play through but then went the wrong way undoing much of the skip benefit. Lol.

I went around the maze by teleporting to the beach behind it from another adjacent beach lool. I didn't realise what I was doing. then the gargoyle at the tower said "you enter topsy turvy" or something like that haha
I also decided to go through the maze anyway for exp and I just used Tactical Leap instead of the skulls. when i solved the maze the gargoyle said "you think you're clever" and i got the exp lol
