I like the idea of adding white. Not sure what it would do though. Maybe redirecting attacks? Or being able to attack active characters?
I kinda like your little idea about a white color, more refined it sounds like it could really change the way the game is played for the better
Just bought my first OP5 box the other day and pulled an alt art zoro-juru. If only it was a luffy manga. Love the content
I would feel it may be a good idea for zones but may scare new players away and I do not think Bandai would like to fall into the archetype sub-rules type situation.
Oh true. Maybe not the zones but… the manipulations of the game
I like the idea for the 7th color concept. I think it would be cool to actually be colorless, so that it can be played in any deck. White could be good as the indicator, though. I think MtG has colorless cards as an example of another game that supports the concept.
i think there is no need for a new color but if they did add a "white" color it could be a universal color that can be in any deck and the pie chart could be all just white to show that it goes everywhere

That’s an interesting thought and it’ll be fun. You have a leader with its ability. Then the color white lets you choose which color you think it’s best for the leader.

I think the idea is cool and would be very happy about a 7th color, but you could also make it so that they always have 2 colors 💖
I think white in this game would just be generic support like digimon that can go in any deck. For example, a character that is on play make one don active, an on play draw 1 or 2, an event that trashes a character or stage, etc.
Good one. I think trashing a stage would be great lol. Are there are currently any cards that trash a stage? I would love to get rid of some sometimes haha

the white card could be a way to alter your Leader (like regular luffy into a gear 5) and it gives you a different win condition for example having a specific stage on the field and characters that would give you an instant W, but you have to pay a don cost every round to keep the white card in play, otherwise it goes away
Started watching one piece last year, and just got into the whole cards scene last week!
Collection’s still very small and still trying to learn about this new scene 😅

My local shop just got in a bunch of op05, 06 and 07 boxes and one family pulled SEC zoro and alt Yamato leader from op06 and gear 5 manga Luffy from op05.

If you get an sp from 05, it only has AA leader. No other possible hits. Sp is always a 2 hitter box unfortunately

If it's like Digimon, the other Bandai game. White is a neutral color that can go into any deck but would be conditional to specific aspects to cards like "affects all 7cost cards or applies only to 2kpower units or like 3 units from 3 different crew. So something really specific for a strong effect.

i like the idea of white cards maybe even being able to swap white leaders with eachother but with drawbacks

Literally just opened my first two booster boxes in my life last week. It was both the OP07 and OP05 boxes so this video hits home haha. In my case the OP07 box was way better tho. Great vid man, keep it up!

White leader card should just able to use other color cards. Kinda like a freedom to use any color in the game.

I just ordered 2 OP-05 boxes. I'm so excited!!!! Its also my favorite, OP-07 Second favorite but might be recency bias.
New collector here. Wish I started collecting back when my buddies did. Been missing out on all the fun.
Always down for adding new colors but I think they should fix leaders without support first. You gotta watch more of the anime brother, you’re behind lol.
