@@robertmansell3667 Wow, that’s absolutely awesome, I’m so happy to hear that :) Thank you so much for the kind words, and for taking the time to check out my videos!
Very passionate. Thank you for the review. Don’t know, if the jam-part is really the best piece to hear the ‚true‘ and pure characteristics of this particular bass, but it was very mesmerizing and captivating, so basically I enjoyed this part the most. Well done. And nice bass, it’s on my wish-list for some time.
I love my P5R! Great quality build, and sounds great! As a matter of fact, I installed a set of Radioshop Vintage ‘61 P Bass Pickups into mine, and it sounds even better! The stock pickups already sound great, but Radioshop’s pickups are a complete game changer!
I ordered one of these today but the 5 string version. I can't wait for it to arrive i'm so excited😅 This is such a good video and review huge props to this, keep on smashing it!✌✌
Lovely video again Cici. I own a 1st gen Sire V7 jazzbass and absolutely adore is. It's a bit weighty and hasn't got the rolled fingerboard it sounds and plays like a dream and looks great also ( white with red tortois and rosewood fingerboard ). Ridiculous well built and finished instrument. Sire is great. Best.
A great review and a hautingly lovely piece you played on that stunning P5. There are several Sire's I'm interested in and currently I am tossing it back and forth between the P5 vs D5 which is the original 1951 version of the P-Bass.
Great review Cc🙌. Your content convinced me to buy a P5 and it turned up yesterday and omg that neck is utterly incredible !! I have 3 american Fender guitars and the P5 neck is 80% as good as the necks on them and they cost from £1650 to £2200 and the P5 only cost me £377 so wtf lol. I cant explain it but how ever its possible I'm just deeply perplexed but hugely blessed l! Anyway thank you so much for the excellent content and keep up the awesome work 🙏💪. Cheers ☺️
I've been trying hard to resist buying a Sire Marcus bass because I really don't need another bass. But man, this video is making it near impossible for me not to give in! I mean after all... I don't have a P-style bass. And everyone should have a P bass in their arsenal, right? Great review!
Thank you so much! :) I love that technique, that riff is actually from a song called Count Zero by Stu Hamm, if you’d like to learn that exact riff! (I could maybe do a video on it sometime too)
The more I hear these Millers, the more I love them. With everything they have done, it makes them a posh entry level bass. Beautiful aesthetics, attention to detail, and doesn't break the bank.
I was actually looking at the Sire p5 as my next bass! I love that they roast the maple neck too. 😊 it has an awesome sound. That jam at the end was really trippy. 😎 loved it!!! 😍
Picked one up because I was heading into the studio to record a song and wanted a P Bass for that. I can't put it down. It has taken over. I absolutely love this bass.
nice bass player and talented. I bought this bass and it should arrive next week. I have a fender jb and always wanted a Precision so I looked at this piece and ordered it. I hope I will be satisfied.
Just got mine. It's amazing. Everything you say is true and more. The tuners and knobs feel great and work really really well. Even the string tree is great! The only issue I have with mine is the tortoise shell pickguard is not a true and unique swirl but appears to be some kind of cheap, repeating print
It is definitely an eye catcher. I have a question about the gloss fingerboard finish. Have they applied finish over the fretted neck? Like Fender American pro or the old standard series with maple necks? Poly finish goes on so thick and only leaves a thin sliver of fret material to play on after the leveling and crowning process. It is not an easy thing to detect in the photos. Thank you
I adore my P5. I've got the sunburst. With flats it's amazing. Wondering if you've tried the P5r model with the rosewood fingerboard and vintage pickup?
That whole piece with the volume pedal was killer. When i was a kid I watched Metallica with Cliff on bass do something like that, but with a dump truck full of distortion also. I think I prefer yours these days. Cool stuff neat demo.
