External Routing Connector for Salesforce and WDE

This video shows how our External Routing Connector ​allows to route Salesforce channels (such as the chat) with Genesys. Here we also present the capabilities of our Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE) Connector for Salesforce for the voice channel: Inbound screen pop and the Click-to-Call feature.
