Q1 if someone generally is not overweight but has got a big belly, could I say "He has a medium build with a big belly"? YES
Q2 could I say "He's going bald and has a receding hairline"? He's going bald./ He has a receding hairline.
Q3 How do you describe someone's height? Could I say he is very tall, over six feet three"? Correction: He's very tall, over six foot three.

Nice questions! Yes, you can say someone has a 'big belly' if their belly is big, but they're not necessarily fat. Your second question is good, though I would pick one or the other. For the third question, that is correct. However, the expression for height is: 'six foot three' and not 'feet'.

Hi, everyone, I am Yan. Today I'm going to talk about one of my customers, she is eighty years old, she has short grey very stylished hair. Her face is an oval shap with crow's feet and wrinkles in front of her high forehead. She always smiles when she talks which is fast. I n my opinion, she is straight foreward person: once, she mentioned her husband was a dentist, but he had dementia a few years ago and lived at a retirement village not far from her apartment. we said we are sorry to hear it, and she said to us, don't be sorry, she is quite happy now. She has her health and has money. She just visited her husband once a week. Other times, she can do whatever, she wants to do.

    Sir/Madam,
    I have a doubt
1)Being embarrassed, I claimed up and fell sick.
    Or
2)Being embarrassed, I claimed up and fall sick.
    What is the correct sentence?
After claimed up present verb or past tense verb ?

well, if both are in past tense then the 1st one is correct i'd assume

Hi Mohamed, you would say: 'I clammed up and fell sick", since you are talking about the past in this situation.

Thanks so much for your lesson! 🙂
    Here is my example:
I would like to talk about my friend. Her name is Ivy. She has a round face with a high forehead and double chin. She looks very young and no one in my class thinks that she is a university student. She has a lovely complexion and thick shoulder-length straight hair. She looks very charming with her snaggletooth. She has a well-proportioned body because she goes to the gym to work out on a daily basis.

My father is short but well-built. He has a big gut because he drank a lot of beer. He is a farmer and works on the field all day so his skin is tanned. He has round face and deep wrinkles in his forhead. He is over 60 this year. This makes his hair go white so quickly that he has to use hair dye quite often.

Thanks for sharing, Bui! Here are some corrections for you:
      1) 'He has a round face,' not, 'He has round face'.
      2) '...on his forehead,' not, 'in'.
      Hope this helps you!
