    coach I want to ask...I often attack the opponent's legs and the enemy often locks my neck...how do I release the neck lock

      @@staysafemartialarts yes coach, I will do the single leg take down technique but my opponent strangles me... how do I release the neck lock

      @@rdtzboxing6574 you need to make sure the arm is not there when you start going for the shot, or work on keeping your head on the inside of the body rather than the outside where they can easily slip in a guillotine choke
